RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, The Farmacie Shop is a small business and is unable to accept returns.  However, if you are unhappy with how your products are performing, please contact Paulina via email at info@thefarmacieshop.com to troubleshoot and discuss different ways to use the products.

SHIPPING

The Farmacie Shop ships via USPS Priority or USPS First Class Mail.  We typically package orders same day (working days), but keep in mind that the post office closes at 5PM so order placed after 4PM will ship the next weekday.  After your order ships, you will receive your order in 1-3 business days depending on your proximity to Massachusetts.

If you have any sort of issue with your package, please contact USPS as soon as possible.  If something leaks or arrives broken, please save all packaging and product so that you can show USPS for proof of damage and refunding.  They will most likely take the product and packaging and sent it back to me, marked as damaged so that I will be refunded.  I will then send you a new product ASAP.
